Refund Policy

Returns Period

SaharaCurl accepts returns within 14 days after you have received your delivery. Returns after this period cannot be processed.

Return Requirements

• Items must be in their original condition with original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to personal preference.
• For defective products: Take photos/videos and contact customer service for reimbursement of return costs.

Return Process

Send an email to support@saharacurl.com with:

• Order number
• Reason for return

If you do not receive a return address before sending the item back, we cannot guarantee the return will be processed.

Packaging Requirements

• Use the original packaging or a sturdy cardboard box with protective filling.
• Include the order number on a note inside the package.

Refund Processing Time

• Processing time: 5-7 working days after the package arrives at our warehouse.
• Refund to credit card: 2-7 working days (depending on your bank).

Special Cases

• Gifts: May be kept in case of a return.
• Lost return package? Please provide documentation with your tracking number.
• Incorrect address/Failure to collect? An additional fee of 200 GBP will be charged.
