SaharaCurl Delivery Policy

Processing Time
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 23:59 are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Costs
At SaharaCurl, we always select the greenest and most environmentally friendly shipping option. The good news? This sustainable shipping method is always free for our customers, regardless of order size or destination.

Delivery Times by Country
Estimated delivery times (including weekends):

• Sweden: 7–9 working days

• Denmark: 8–11 working days

• Finland: 8–11 working days

• Norway: 7–11 working days

• Other EU Countries: 9–13 working days

Please note these delivery times are only estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs inspections or high carrier workload.

International Delivery
We currently do not offer international delivery outside the EU. We are working to expand our delivery options in the future.

Delays
Although we do our best to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs inspections or carrier delays. SaharaCurl cannot be held responsible for external delays.

Missing or Damaged Packages
